We are currently looking for a change leader to finalize development and implementation of our Records Information Management Program. In this role, you will interface with leadership, members of the legal department and colleagues throughout the organization to provide oversight and governance to the retention policy and schedule. You will act as a champion for records information management initiatives and work closely with all Lines of Business in addressing any record related items and ensuring policy compliance.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional skilled at leveraging resources, creating vision and building collaboration throughout organizations to successfully drive performance toward the following key results and accountabilities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following critical knowledge and experience:
- Records information management touching all areas of a large employer with diverse industry experience
- Understanding of the legal environment and regulatory compliance throughout multiple states
- Leading change management initiatives while creating vision
- eDiscovery data and legal hold processes
- Implementation of corporate wide strategies
